Hi, I’m Katie!

I’m a Flower lover that can’t stop celebrating mother nature, buying all jeans & shoes (even though I am also normally barefoot), and rooting for women to be their own muse.

I am also a mama of a little boy and girl, a Colorado resident with her heart in the ocean and a friend that will send you every link you didn’t know you needed (you’re welcome).

I am always reading a new book on my life quest of learning all-the-things and sometimes finishing. My Instagram is equally full of Interior Design inspiration (give me all the interiors), Inspirational accounts and everything photography.

My Photography skills go way back - back to the film age and 10 year old me. Long before I knew it was a job, it was something I just did. Dressed up with my little sister and her friends and we took all the photos. Inside, outside, with our toys, with the trees. I was the subject of my dad’s play with his camera - which is something that I continue to do with my own two minions.

What can I give to you? I can be there to help you celebrate your life as it is. To create a safe space and a sense of comfort like a close friend. These photos we will make together is a collaborative effort. And in my experience - both behind the camera and in front of - is that if you feel comfortable and relaxed, it will show in your images. I am not one to hard pose you and your family. You already know how to do that instinctually, posing is just moving your bodies and being in space - but I will be your empathic guide and help you see the beauty that you already are. Because in my knowing that we are all different, I am open to receive how you are uniquely different and support that.
